Our house is fantastic, newly renovated, and located in a beautiful stately area within easy walking distance to beaches, shops, and downtown. Brand new kitchen with white marble, new appliances, cool flooring and lights. TV room downstairs with folding doors opening onto patio and private lawn and garden. Southern facing, you can see the mountains and ocean through the trees. The Rockland area is quiet, lush, and posh, filled with amazing gardens and houses. You can walk to beaches in about 20 minutes or same to centre of beautiful Victoria. Bus about 3 blocks away. Relax or explore. Nothing is too far away.
