We have a lovely 100-yr old character home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Oak Bay the nicest part of Victoria. 10 mins walk to clean, uncrowded ocean beach, 3mins walk to shops and services, 10mins by car to charming downtown Victoria. 40" LED cable TV and WI-FI in this large bright home. Our furniture is a bit worn because we have 2 cats and a small dog. Bright new kitchen with large windows, new appliances and outside is a lush private garden with gas BBQ. Nature is close by with westcoast forests, ocean beaches and snow-capped mountains in the distance. More pictures available on request.
