Ours in a newly built home in a quiet residential area of Victoria BC. It has 4 large bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room, dining room, family room and office on the main floor and a games room in the basement. The home is 20 KM from downtown Victoria, but easily accessible by public transportation. The beach is about 5K from our home. We are close to walking, hiking and biking trails. The ferry to Vancouver, which offers a scenic view, is 20 KM from here.
