Quiet,lakefront property,3 floors, 2 large bedrooms on top floor. Master bedroom overlooking the lake,2nd room has weightbench and weights,tv,computer .
Main floor is the living area,kitchen, bathroom and livingroom .
Washing machine and dryer on lower level .
No carpeting,so no pet hair to be worried about for allergies . We are next to a bus stop to downtown Victoria.
Westshore is the best area to stay in right now. New cinemas, bowling, library, great shopping ,swimming,golfing, resteraunts.You and use our car while you stay.
Swimming in the lake across the street. Good walking paths around the lake.
Whale Watching tours,Butchart Gardens 10km,skiing at Mt Washington,3 hours drive.Surfing in Tofino-5 hours drive.Rain forests, salmon runs,camping,fishing .
The island is known for ts talented musicians. Lots of live music everywhere!
.There is always lots of flowers everywhere all year round because of our mild weather. Spring is amazing,pink cherry blossom trees run down the center of the streets March and April.

We are on the south end of Vancouver Island which is usually sunny and mild all year round.The ocean is within minutes away from our house.
The ferry is 45 minutes from our house A ferry ride to Vancouver costs 15. to walk on . Take a bus into Vancouver from the ferry terminal.2.50
There are alot of little islands all around us that you can visit by ferry

Thinking of moving to the Caribbean in a couple of years
My husband has a carlot and I work in the Music industry with my family. We have one teenager still at home .We would like a sunny place with nice beaches.
We are pretty laid back and are open to trades for stays on boats,or other interesting dwellings.
