Sunny and bright 2 bedroom,character home located in the sought after neighborhood of Farifield. The home is a 10 minute walk to downtown and the harbour. Five blocks away is the ocean and just around the corner is Cook St. Village with restaurants, shops and numorous coffee houses.
The home has wood floors, lots of windows, great gardens and an deck outside the kitchen with south facing exposure. There is a gas fireplace in the living room and a very modern kitchen with stainless appliances. There is also a sweet and lazy resident cat for you to indulge.
