I'm looking to swap my 1br apartment in Victoria, BC, Canada for somewhere close to the beach in California/Hawaii this summer! My apartment is located in the heart of downtown Victoria and is only 6 months old with a value of over $600K, it includes floor to ceiling windows on the corner of the building... Granite counters, high end appliances/furniture, and absolutely beautiful view of downtown. Victoria has been named Canada's #1 cultural city and is host to some of the most beautiful scenery in North America.

I am looking to swap for ~3 weeks anytime (duration is very approximate, just looking to escape to California/Hawaii for a period of time!).
