Main floor of house (two bedrooms plus a large third bedroom used as a playroom - has a door) near Downtown Victoria, BC. Gorgeous city view, treed and very private, across the street from Mt Tolmie, steps to UVic and walkable to the ocean.
Close to all recreation Victoria has to offer, and near the highway to access the rest of Vancouver Island. Black-tailed deer in the backyard everyday. Have one cat. Kid-friendly. Will consider car exchange Retired parents live downstairs in completely separate suite so may/may not accompany us on exchange (therefore possible addition of a two-bedroom suite complete with kitchen/bathroom). Portable air-conditioner available, as well as separate electric heaters for bedrooms, playpen for babies. |
