This apartment is modern, clean, cozy and comfortable located on the beach in downtown Vancouver. It is on the 7th floor facing False Creek and two bridges. It includes one bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a large couch, a dining area and a compact kitchen. The balcony offers views towards False Creek, bridges and city sky scrapers, and includes a breakfast table with chairs. There are no buildings in between the beach and the apartments location. The beach allows access to ferries which will take you to a number of entrainment destinations including: the Maritime and Space museums, GM place hockey arena (Vancouver Canucks) Granville Island, Science World, and The Edgewater Casino. Across the street from this 7th floor apartment is a large indoor swimming pool. A ten minute walk will get you to the heart of Downtown Vancouver, putting all of downtown within short walking distance. You will appreciate the more quite location on the water when you return from your endeavors in the heart of downtown. Included with the apartment is one bike.
Within the building there is a swimming pool, and sauna. There is also access to a washer and dryer inside the building.
Vancouver is on situated between the sea and towering mountains. There are three ski hills above Vancouver and visable from anywhere in Vancouver by their lights at night. In the summer some of these ski hills offer hiking, sightseeing and dinning options. The sea offers whale watching tours and fishing tours, all which can be joined within walking distance from the apartment.
