Country Rancher, close to transit, large private back deck with beautiful garden and hot tub. Pond, swing and large flower garden. MUST LIKE CATS. Cat stay mostly outside and are not permitted in the bedrooms but are friendly and like to hang out with you in the living room if you are so inclined. Cats can be confined to the dining room if you don't want to deal with them. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and portable swamp cooler for the other rooms, electric fireplace in main bedroom, hot tub access off bathroom, electric fireplace in living room and dining room and wood burning fireplace on patio outside, smoking permitted on back deck. Great central location on major road. Easy access to Vancouver, (pull out of the driveway and turn left follow road straight into Vancouver), 10 minutes from White Rock beach (turn right from driveway and go straight to the ocean), Airport 30 mins (turn right out of driveway and take first right and go straight to airport), 10 minutes from Langley (turn right from driveway, take first left and go straight to Langley), 15 minutes from Sky train for transit access to airport and downtown. Bus stop in front of house for access anywhere. TRANSPORTATION provided or vehicle access permitted. Camper Van with sleeping for 2 and/or large tents for camping can be arranged. I am a caterer and can make you an excellent breakfast, bag lunches or come home from a long day of site-seeing to a 5 star meal in front of the campfire and a hot tub to massage those aching feet.
