NON simultaneous exchanges are fine, We have a Beautiful chalet style vacation home on Pender Island, near the ocean and Victoria, BC by ferry, home is new and beautifully furnished with modern art work and a steam room, washer and dryer, 52" LCD TV and Blu-ray player, 32" LCD in bedroom, we have a 19' fishing boat with a 150 Yamaha motor included as well as a Toyota 4Runner (for the right exchange), we are allergic to pets, our home is pet free

we are 2 people, 48 years old married couple, no pets, no kids, no smoking, our home is new and very clean and well decorated with beautiful art work, included may be a 19' fishing boat with a 150 Yamaha motor, plus a 2010 Toyota 4Runner (brand new), we are open to offers, this is a beautiful island, where you can fish, go hiking on 100's of trails, close to Vancouver or Victoria by ferry

We have pet allergies, our home is pet free
