Our single family house is located in Nelson BC Canada. It is a highly efficient, 2 bedroom, 3 bath home and built to look like an iconic Nelson Heritage House which Nelson is famous for. It is walkable to Nelson’s vibrant downtown with many locally owned restaurants, bars, outdoor sports stores etc. Nelson is a small city (approx15,000) and has 3 microbreweries and 2 chocolatiers which apparently make the best chocolate in BC!?
Nelson lies on one of the arms of Kootenay Lake which is 110 km long offering abundant opportunities to enjoy water sports like kayaking, boating, swimming and fishing.
The city is surrounded by forests and wilderness that can easily be accessible for excellent mountain biking, hiking, climbing or just walking on the converted rail trail. In winter there is world class downhill skiing and Xc within 20 min drive.
