The house is 4000 square feet, standing in an acre of garden, opposite a wildlife sanctuary beside the ocean. We designed and built the house ourselves thirty years ago and are very proud of it. This is a rural area and there are many attractions, beautiful walks, skiing, swimming in pools, rivers and the ocean, kayaking, golf, huge mountains, gigantic ancient trees, wonderful vistas everywhere and shopping areas very close by. I can include a car in the exchange.
