House with large yard, all amenities & sundeck. Centrally located to shopping and grocery. Kelowna, BC is in the centre of the Okanagan Valley, which is a major tourist destination for Western Canada. From April through October, you can participate in a wide variety of activities. These range from tours of many wineries, Golf, water sports, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, camping, etc.
During the winter months there is skiing, snowmobiling, skating, curling, etc. However, average snowfall during the winter in the valley is only a couple of inches. Ski hills are about an hours drive.
