Olive Grove Farm (with pool)is 200 year old stone farmhouse that has been restored to the highest specification and has astounding views of the surrounding mountains and countryside in all directions. Situated just 5 min from the sleepy village of Serramonacesca, 20 min. from the sandy beaches of Pescara, and 30 min. from the bottom of the chair lift (2700 m high, so plenty of snow in the winter), this charming old farm house offers both good skiing in the winter and wonderful swimming in the Adriatic in the summer - but tranquility & privacy at all times!

The house is approached through a 100m tree lined drive, with a small river at the bottom (safe for children to paddle and even has the odd trout!). There is a huge 12m terrace facing south with a 4m gazebo to shield the sun and many other amenities. All rooms are large and there is a beautiful "Open Room" if the sun gets too hot - there is nearly always a gentle cooling breeze. It has over 200 olive trees in the surrounding private grounds (5 acres) - and also some almond, fig, pear & apricot trees. The farm is fully centrally heated for the winter months. A large 12 m pool has just been constructed and a self contained log cabin with bathroom is available as an extra bedroom (thus 4)sleeping 2
