Our cottage is in Brittany on the North West coast of France. It is in a great location for a seaside holiday, with the sea only a 20 min stroll away (or 5 minutes by car).

Though off the beaten tourist track (no crowds, no big hotels), the area is much sought after for its beaches and water sports. The nearby coast has much to offer, with exquisite white sand beaches, quiet coves, fishing ports and a cliff path giving superb views over the Bay of Audierne.

Within walking distance in Audierne are the village shops, bars and restaurants, and a lively Saturday market selling local produce, seafood, cheese, local hard cider and charcuterie. There is a bakery just around the corner for your morning croissant. Nearer home there is a river and footpaths through the woods. There are also many miles of pathways along the coast for walking or cycling.

This property offers high-quality accomodation. It accomodates five easily, in three bedrooms and contains a fold-out couch which can sleep an additional (sixth) person.

Recently purchased, it was newly furnished in Spring 2005. The rooms are decorated tastefully in pale colours with bright soft, modern furnishings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need to take advantage of the wonderful seafood and produce available in this fishing and agricultural region. We also provide linens and towels.

Our property managers are always available to answer questions, assist and give recommendations on things to do and see in the area.

Ground floor: Living room. Simple but clean and fully-equipped galley kitchen. Bathroom with tub and shower attachment. Separate WC.

First floor: Bedroom with double bed. Small bedroom with single/twin bed. Separate WC.

Top floor: Twin bedroom with skylights.

Street parking for one car. Electric heating.

1.5km from the coast. That's a twenty-minute walk or a five-minute drive.

Prices: 550 euros/ week low-season (Sept-May)
600 euros/ week high-season (June-Aug)
