The house is located near downtown ST Petersburg with easy access to public transportation and the highway. Several bars and resturants are within walking distance and the beach is only 7 miles away. The house has an apartment with a kitchenette, living room, bath and bedroom. There is also a large hot tub and tiki bar in the backyard. Guest will have access to a washer and dryer, BBQ grill, WIFI and cable.
