This is a beautiful Thai house in a rice village in rural Isan. It is situated opposite a lake, has a wonderful garden and very comfortable accommodation. The owners also run local tours (max 3 people) to silk village, market town, Kmer temple at Phimai, archaeological site at Ban Prasat and Khorat City. Whilst staying at the homestay you can visit the local families, the school and the wat. You can learn to cook Isan food, and you can see the rice process from planting to harvesting, also the silk process from growing the silk worms to producing a garment.
