This is a condo above a bakery/coffee shop in beautiful West Vancouver, BC. We have 4 bedrooms a very large living room and a very large kitchen. We host a maximum of 2 students at a time and all from other cultures/languages so that you can learn English. We live close to the beach, bus stop practicly in front of the door, 20 minutes to Downtown by bus, walking distance to sea walk, beach, parks, tennis court (free), library, rec centre, swimming pool, ice rink, shopping, golf course etc.
This is a great location!

Language of communication: For home stay purposes we speak English in the home only, but host mother speaks German fluently too and has a fair command of French and Spanish

Max. Number of Guests: 2 Bedrooms: 2 Bathrooms: 1.0

Homestay Prices:

from:	Sep	1	to:	Dec	31	840.00	CAN$ / monthly
from:	Jan	1	to:	Dec	30	840.00	CAN$ / monthly

price includes 3 meals.

For shorter stay: $ 230 a week or
$ 35 a day

We have been hosting homestay students for over 5 years.
The fee includes 3 meals.
We have only one washroom which is shared with all students and the family (max 4 people), every room has a double bed, closet, dresser, desk, lamp, alarm clock.

About Homestay Owners/Managers :

I am a single mother with 2 children. My daughter just recenly moved out, that's why we can host 2 students now.Both rooms are booked through the summer already, but if you are looking for the fall... we have availability.
