Our entire house is about 3000 SF with 8 rooms. We are currently looking for 3 students to occupy our 3 rooms in the basement suite. Pubic transportation is about 5-10 minutes away. One bus takes you straight to Downtown Vancouver approximately 15minutes. All utilites are included.
