The house is a brand new 3level one on a very convenient location. It's 1 block away from Joyce skytrain station and it takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the station or bus loop. Bedrooms are fully furnished with wired or wireless high speed internet. Laundry facilities are on the main floor and on the ground floor.
