**This accommodation would be excellent for international students wishing to have a "homestay" experience. English is my first language, and I would enjoy conversing with you and helping you learn about and experience the language and culture. The complex is in close walking distance to various learning institutes for foreign exchange students. We could also arrange outings to explore the city and area***

Charlton Park is a brand new condo complex in the Guildford area of Surrey. It is a 5 minute walk to the Guildford Mall, as well as a major movie theatre, many restaurants (Earl's, Anducci's, TnT Asian Supermarket, Bubble World, The Keg, and many more), a nightclub (The Mirage), and the Sheraton Hotel.
It is within minutes of the #1 Freeway (Trans-Canada Freeway), thus provides easy access to Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Abbotsford and more.
Bus service is nearby, and it is a 10-minute (approx.) bus ride to the Surrey Central and Gateway SkyTrain stations (buses depart approx. every 15 minutes from the area).
Easy access by car to SFU (Burnaby Campus) and Trinity Western University (approx. 15-20 minutes for either university), and 10 minutes to the new SFU Surrey Campus.

Besides the condo itself, there are many wonderful features of the building.

The building boasts a beautiful courtyard that is very relaxing and pleasing to the eye. In the courtyard (and close to the condo) is a Clubhouse, which all residents (including you) can use. The Clubhouse includes:
