Brand New View High End Condo with two different types of rooms/prices to choose from. 2000 sq.ft. clubhouse with library/study room, pool, gym, hot tub, sauna, steam room etc to use. Nicely furnished with tv in room and meals provided if wanted. We have a two year old daughter and a cat. This is a very nice property with a view of the mountains, trees and golf course. One room with a view and window the other with a glass door and fan above to take in fresh air which we will provide a curtain for privacy but will allow for natural light in the room - this is the most private room located at the far other end from the other bedrooms.

The $750 is for the room without the outside window and view and with a very large armoire instead of a closet - this room has a built in the wall fan to bring fresh air in that is silent. The $950 is the room with the outside window and view.

These prices include two meals a day.

We can also work out arrangements for rides and things like that as I am home so we can be willing to negotiate.

We would prefer a single female that is a non smoker and is clean and responsible. We will be as helpful as we can possibly be in all areas. There are lots of schools in the area and Langley is about six minutes away.

We are myself Jackie, my husband Ken and our two year old daughter Kate and five year old cat Puck. We love people are interested in everything and look forward to making new realationships and to be able to help acclimate someone to our beautiful city.
