Hi! We have a basement suite with bathroom, close to bus stop. About 15 minutes to university. Close to cinemas, restaurants, library and others. It will just be my mom and myself. I am an university student. We also have two kittens. Preferably, we would like someone who wants to cook for themselves. However I would be happy to take them grocery shopping when needed and cook dinner occasionally.
