2 min walk to skytrain, 1 min walk to bus stop. Public library is about 3 min walk,close to commercial stores and recreation center. we have patio and we leave in a townhouse. the area are safe and secure. very quite place and neighbours are nice. This is a three level townhouse with a 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms, master bedrooms is in the 3rd level and 2 bedrooms in the second floor and a washroom. living rooms, dining room and kitchen are in the first floor. There is a patio and balcony. No pets inside. Clean ambiance and wider space room.
