My home is an elegantly appointed 3 bedroom, 3 ba townhouse in Seattle's trendy Ballard neighborhood. I am a chef and the granite/stainless kitchen reflects that.
There is a cozy, fenced back yard with BBQ, dining etc. Also a fully equipped office where I work as a cookbook author. The master has a queen bed. the 2nd bedroom has a very comfortable queen fold out bed. Each have a private b'room.
The main floor has beautiful bamboo floors, fireplace and view balcony. The entry is slate and most other floors are carpeted. Large skylights in master bedroom and huge office.
I am 1 block form a major bus line that goes everywhere in the city. It's 10 min. to downtown Seattle (by car) and 4 minutes to the shopping neighborhood of Ballard or Fremont.
This is a very quiet, safe neighborhood. I have often walked my little dog at midnight.
I will leave a full reference book to the areas attractions,best restaurants, Dr's, etc
