My lovely house is situated 2 minutes walk from the Royal town of Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. It is a gated home with 2 bedrooms, newly fitted kitchen, large living room with high ceilings and bay window and a utility. It has a light and airy feeling and is well looked after (I am a non smoker and work from home)
Outside there is a pretty courtyard and space for up to 3 cars to park. Well situated for travel to Birmingham, London & other major cities. 1.5 hours by train to our capital of London. Though my house is right next to town the area is residential, friendly and safe. I have internet access and use of phone line and full excel TV package! My car may be available also.. The town of Sutton COldfield was one of Henry 8th favourite places - he used to go hunting in our beautiful town park and made Sutton Coldfield a Royal Town. My city is multicultural, diverse and exciting and its surrounding counties, warwickshire etc have lush countryside and lots of history. Let me know if you want to come and stay! :) |
