Our home is a new build (2008) 2 bedroom terrace. It is small but perfectly formed. Downstairs is a living area with open plan kitchen, stairs to the first floor, a small hall and downstairs toilet. The kitchen is has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer, along with all small appliances such as toaster/kettle etc.

The living room has 32 inch flat screen with sky television with recording facility. There is a large under stair cupboard for storage.

Upstairs has 2 double bedroom and although they are small the master has built in wardrobes and a king size bed. The upstairs bathroom has a large bath with electric power shower and built in shower screen.

The house has been newly plastered, painted and carpeted throughout and is in great condition, there are plenty of power points and fully functioning central heating. The home is very environmentally friendly with great insulation and energy saving bulbs throughout. We also have an optional laptop and nintendo DS for use if needed.

There is also a residential parking space allocated to the house which is directly in front of the property and a Peugeot 206 5 door car is available for use. This is unfortunately the only outdoor space although there are numerous fields and parks in the area.
