The apartment, which is a second house, has been completely renovated and brought up to date. It’s very cosy and it includes:

- Master bedroom with double bed
- Bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Bedroom with single bed
- Living room (TV /DvD-Blue Ray) with dining area for 6 people
- Kitchen, completely furnished with all the necessary appliances: ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee-machine, toaster, kettle, mixer…
- Bathroom with big shower cabin.
- Closed balcony, that we use as a laundry room.

There is internet connection (Wi-Fi) in the house and we can lend you a laptop during your stay.

This quiet apartment is located on the first of a six-floor building (with elevator) has central heating and there is plenty of storage space (also a long built-in wardrobe on the corridor)

The apartment is located in the city centre, so you can go on foot to the most interesting spots (La Concha Bay and Beach, the Old Town, the Harbour, Zurriola Beach). Our apartment is surrounded by the nice Cristina Enea Park so, although its central location, it’s a very quiet place to stay.
The nearest beach to our house is the Zurriola beach (10-minute walk) which is famous because the Kursaal is located there and for the surfers. The famous “La Concha” beach is in a pleasant 15-minutes-walk from our house.

Urumea River with its six bridges and fabulous riverside promenade is one of the most popular ways to access the city centre. Our house is located next to the third one (the beautiful “Maria Cristina Bridge”) so you just have to cross it to get the excitement and buzz of the city and find the city's pedestrian streets lined with boutiques, sidewalk cafés, pintxo bars, restaurants and every kind of shop you can imagine.
You have shops and supermarkets next to the house where you can do the daily shopping (one of them opens Monday-Sunday).

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a family of three: Iñigo (40), Ibai (5) and myself, Miren (34). Iñigo is a biologist specialized on residue treatment and works for a multinational company. I am a mathematician with a degree on quantitative finance and work in a bank. Ibai is a quiet boy who loves Lego, basketball and cartoons and enjoys travelling with us.

We all think that the home-exchange is a great way to know different places, cultures and people and we’ll take care of your house as if it was ours.
