Location: The house it's in a prestigious town of Catalonia, l'Ametlla del Vallès, at the best residential part of the town called Can Camp, which is excellent connected to the motorway to Barcelona, just at 23 km, to the lovely coast area of Maresme at 20 km.; at 10 minutes from the Roca Store Village, the famous chic outlet shooping center, as well as to the Formula 1 Circuit of Catalonia. Another interesting place to visit at 40km are the Montserrat Mountains and at less than an hour you have the famous Costa Brava. You can also find a Golf Course in the same town, visit the modernist route in the same town and La Garriga with its known thermal nineteen century center. In two hours there are the Pyrenees mountains, the frontier with France, where to visit the fabulous region of La Cerdanya.
The House: It's a modern and new house (2 years old) divided is in 2 spacious floors: with 4 bedrooms (one huge master suite with closet and terrace with views), 2 double bedrooms (1 it’s an office and the other a playing room with a double sofa-bed) and one single bedroom (set for a baby with a cot) and 1 more complete bathrooms. The ground floor has a spacious sitting room, big fitted kitchen, a laundry room, a toilet and a luminous garage at the same floor.
The access to the garden is from different sides of the house, mainly from the kitchen to an espacious porch. There is a barbaque. The views are excellent with Tibidabo mountain of Barcelona in the very front. There is a garden shower.
At 5 minutes walk there is a town club with a great outdoor swimming pool, with access to residents. So, it could be used in summer. And in front there is a gym, with indoor swimming pool and spa.
