Quaint heritage cottage in Youbou / Vancouver Island South. Wood floors throughout and claw foot soaker tub in washroom. Lake and mountain views and recent renovations. A 5 minute walk to Arbutus Park on Cowichan lake with swimming docks and life guards and playground for children. Town has 2 stores and one beautiful bar and grill. Great hiking within walking distance. I hour to Victoria BC and 45 minutes to Nanaimo BC. Ocean near by as are rivers. House has one large master bedroom with french doors to back yard and one other spare bedroom. Gardens and nice stone patio out back and covered porch in front of house. Wildlife such as black bears and elk and eagles. Trout fishing in Cowichan Lake.
