We live in a pretty co-op that backs onto some of Victoria's best greenspace. The townhouse is located on two levels with a bathroom on each floor, laundry on the main floor. There is a large playground in the shared common space, plus a small private back garden.

Victoria, BC is a tourist destination city for a reason. From wale watching to hiking to biking to shopping, Victoria has a little bit of everything for everyone. We are located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, have mild winters and temperate summers. Although we have plenty of sunshine, this is a rain forest region, so pack an umbrella.

For children, we are a six-minute drive to a local rec centre with an indoor pool.

Destination wanted:

Open to pretty much anywhere. Short-term around BC in the summer of 2010 and Washington is great, too. I would welcome weekends away within the region through the year and have the last week of July 2010 open to go pretty much anywhere! Tempt us with any place on the planet!

Additional information:

Although children are welcome, this is NOT a child-proof home. Older kids would be best here.

The children's room has a loft bed that sleeps one and a small pull-out chair in that room if you had a fourth family member who is small.

The adult's room has a queen-size bed.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a family of three, although we usually seem to either be two adults or a mother and teen daughter when we travel. We have no pet allergies and would be fine to feed your cat.

We are quiet and tidy. We'll leave your home looking like no one had been there and will appreciate the same.
