LOUNGE.

The comfortable lounge area is tastefully furnished with matching Loveseat and Queen size sofa, reading lamps, coffee table, 47" remote control satellite television and D.V.D. Player, offering plenty of room for the whole family to relax.

Finished off with co-ordinated window-dressings throughout, the home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A telephone is available to keep in touch with family and friends from the comfort of the home. Local calls are free - (Ideal for ordering take-away meals) - and phone cards can be used for longer distance calls.

KITCHEN.

Overlooking the Dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes - Gas stove, eye-level microwave, refrigerator / freezer with ice dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and the all-important Dishwasher - everything you require to prepare a meal with no need to do the washing up afterwards !

DINING AREA.

Situated in the formal living room is the dining area which can comfortably accommodate 12 people and is perfect for both formal and informal dining.

MASTER BEDROOM.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with wooden headboard, matching dressing table and bedside cabinets, reading lamps, clock / radio and remote control satellite television. A walk-in closet provides ample additional storage space.

The En Suite Bathroom, has a lovely jacuzzi and separate shower.

BEDROOMS 2and 3.

One queen size bed and one Twin bedded, each with reading lamps and has wireless internet access. television. Built-in closets in each room provide ample additional storage. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

Adjacent to bedrooms 2 & 3, the second Bathroom is tastefully decorated with co-ordinated towels and fittings and has both shower and bath facilities.


GARAGE / LAUNDRY AREA.

Accessible internally, the Garage is at your disposal for private parking.

Located at the basement are the laundry facilities including, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

LOCATION

Conveniently located just off the Highway 1, in the picturesque area of Fleetwood in Surrey, BC.

The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, while still being close to all the major attractions.

Shops, supermarkets ( Wal Mart 5 mins ) and restaurants are all close-by and it is only a short drive to the bustling areas of Langley, Whiterock, Delta, Whistler (2 h our drive) and Vancouver (30-minute by skytrain.

There are also several first-class golf courses in the immediate vicinity, for those who like a round, and green fees tend to be reasonable.
