We live on a Gulf Island. There is a 10 minute passenger ferry from downtown Nanaimo. There is no car ferry. The island has all the amenities of a town house including high speed internet, yet you have the peaceful beauty of an island. The house has a view of the Strait of Georgia looking towards Vancouver. Walk-on beach. 2 bedroom, fully furnished. Large outdoor deck on the beach side and garden with automatic watering system. Two eagles perch daily on a tree in the yard. Whales, sea lions and seals often seen from the living room! Good walking trails all around. Kayaks available.
