PLEASE NOTE: Our e-mail address is new, we had trouble with old one for awhile so try us again!!

Our house is large enough to accomodate a large family or group very comfortably, with cozy settings throughout for down time - fireplace and piano in front room, recliner chairs and fooseball table in T.V./entertainment room, and barstools at the counter in the kitchen/dining room. We are about 50 minutes drive from downtown Vancouver with a bus stop right outside our driveway, so we thought it would be a great home base for anyone coming to Vancouver for the 2010 Olympics. There are also lots of sightseeing activities nearby for spring/summer!

Maple Ridge is a town of about 75,000 people located on the outskirts of Metro Vancouver. It has all the ammenities(recreation & shopping/restaurants) at much cheaper prices than staying downtown Vancouver, but is still close enough to drive to for the day. There are several local ski mountains within an hours' drive in either direction.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a family of 5, looking for a reasonable and more authentic way than resorts to show our kids other parts of the world. We have not done a home exchange before, but have had students from Europe, Asia and Central America stay with us. We are open to offers from anywhere, but in particular thought our house would be great for someone coming to the 2010 Winter Olympics, and are kind of hoping for Greece for our first experience.
