Fantastic family-friendly home with beautiful pool near Manly.

Our beautiful house is situated in a great spot and is perfect for families. We have three/four comfortable bedrooms, a downstairs study/bedroom, two bathrooms and a terrific open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge/playroom. The large balcony has a BBQ and overlooks the salt-water pool, courtyard, tropical gardens and local park. There are ocean glimpses from the second storey and we back onto a great reserve with swings and plenty of room to kick a ball around. There are children's toys galore, a trampoline, table tennis table and lots of bikes, trikes and scooters for all ages.

- Pool, park, surfboards, trampoline, bikes, trikes, scooters and kids toys galore.

We are a family of four (two boys aged 4 and 2) looking to exchange during our Long Service Leave from work during July-Sept 2014. We are both school teachers who love travelling and hope to install the same joy in our boys.

My wife (Kirsty) and I (Ross) are both school teachers and keen travellers whenever we get the opportunity. We now have two beautiful boys (Charlie 4 and Archie 2) and are excited about instilling a similar joy for travelling with them. We are hoping to explore Europe for my Long Service Leave from late June 2014 - Sept 2014.
