I'm David Conolly, I own vacation rental property on Grand Cayman Island "Spotts Beach Houses". I have a website and I can be found on the GDS system (www.everythingcayman.com). I am also advertised a three star rating on Expedia.com and all their affiliates.
I have been advertising my butt off, but I feel I need to start talking directly to travel agents and negotiating commissions directly. I'm willing to start out 20%. I am willing to go up on my commission with a substantial volume of bookings.
Below, is a general description of what I have to offer. I own everything free and clear. Its located right next to a secluded beach. Only tenants that reside there can go on the beach. The beach is government protected Sea Wildlife Preserve. So the beach is all clean 300 yrds of natural beach with no lights with a pier to go on. Plenty of space for couples to play by themselves.
Oh, and by the way, we are located on the main road going through George Town and its just three (really 2.9) miles from where all the cruises ships disembark their passengers.
Spotts Beach Houses features a FREE MID-SIZED RENTAL CAR you pick up form the Grand Cayman Airport. All cars are rented fromBUDGET RENTAL located at the airport. When you drive your FREE RENTAL CAR tothe Spotts Beach House, you will have a jetted tub, High-speed wirelessInternet access that is complimentary. Onsite parking is complimentary.
