Is a full studio with terrace,situated in the 1 floor of my townhouse in golf area, 10 minutes from Reina Sofia Airport at 1000 meters from the coast, Comunity swining pools. We have it for renting , it is not necesary to do simultaneos changes, but in case we have the studio rent and you would like to stay in main house it will not be a problem doing a simultaneos exchange.
