To avoid any problems and/or misunderstanding both exchanging parties should complete this (or similar) form, print it out, sign it and send signed copies to each other before traveling.

Regarding YOUR home, we will:
- Leave your home the way we found it and return keys to designated location.
- Water the plants (if any in your home)
- Pay for repairs or replacements of any damaged items during our stay in your home
- Pay telephone charges for any long distance telephone calls. Local calls will be covered as regular payment (unless agreed differently)
Regarding OUR home we will:
- Prepare ample space in clothing cabinets, drawers, bathrooms, etc. for your belongings
- Make a list of all important contact numbers: neighbors, friends, emergency numbers (hospital, police, fire department), house/car insurance agents, veterinarian, plumber, electrician, appliance repair, car repair, etc.
- Provide detailed instructions for all appliances and equipments in our home
- Pay our regular utility bills (electricity, water , etc)
If you approve this agreement please sign it and return one signed copy and retain one for your files.
