Car Exchange Agreement
If you agree to exchange cars with your home exchange partner, it is advisable to put the terms in writing. To avoid any problems and misunderstanding both exchanging parties should complete this (or similar) form, print it out, sign it, and send signed copies to each other. Use the following guidelines:

We agree to the following:
- provide insurance policy and car registration
- provide telephone number and address of car mechanic or repair shop
- provide telephone number of road service
- car will be driven only by insured home exchangers with valid driver’s license, and at least 21 yeas of age.
- return car the way we found it (car washed, cleaned, and with full tank)
- check the water, oil and tires periodically
- provide any additional instructions (car alarm etc.)
- I promise to take a good care of the car and to be responsible for any damage that I may cause.
