Also a crib and high chair for babies and toddlers, upon request only. Washer and Dryer also inside the unit. This condo is fully-equipped with everything and perfect for long or short term stays. Lots of street parking at the condo and also 24/7 FREE paid parking for all guests at Union Station Metro Station. Very popular unit with lots of rentals. Some 2008 and 2009 dates still available. If staying for more than short term, we can negotiate the price for longer than 2 week stays. We are very reasonable and flexible.

We have budget pricing STARTING at $150 per day year round, plus 10% DC tax and a $100 cleaning fee for all rentals. There is at least a $400 REFUNDABLE deposit needed to hold the unit. No need to go broke while on vacation or visiting DC. We make it simple and easy for all our guests.
