For stays of less than a week, rent is $350. per day with a 3-day minimum. Two-day weekends are $450. per day. For all stays, a $1,000. security deposit is required and a $150. cleaning fee.
Rental rates assume normal use of the house for families or groups of up to seven people. Extra charges apply for more than seven people using the house or if you want to hold an event at the house, such as a graduation party.
Separate rates can be negotiated for individuals or couples who only want to rent one room, when available.
