lighted fishing pier on Cold Pass includes hot tub,bar,cable
tv,freezer,ice maker,large stainless grill and rotisserie,live well
for fish,fish cleaning table,crab and perch traps,two
showers,radio/cd player,porch swing,two sinks,covered boat
lift,gazebo, three tables, benches and chairs. Second gazebo on shore
includes full bar with sink,large barbeque pit smoker,refrigerator,
stereo,fire pit,propane burners with large cooking pots,porch
swing,hammock,table and chairs. The best part of this house are the
collections of hats,bottles,cans,mugs,neon signs,etc. You will have
to see to believe! Towels and linens are furnished.
