A security deposit of $250 is required at time of booking, $150 of which will be refunded minus any damages or exceptional charges, approximately 1-2 months after departure. The difference of $100 is the non-refundable cleaning fee.
Payment in full of the balance is due two months prior to occupancy (three months prior for winter holiday bookings).
