My condominium is located on the Marina in the beautiful international city of Long Beach, California. Only a half hour drive from Los Angeles and also only 1 mile to Orange County, I am close to the freeways. The condo complex is on a peninsula in a gated community. Enjoy kayaking, sailing, boating, swimming and the beach just steps from my front door. There is an extra hide away queen sized bed in the living room, so accommodations for up to 4 people are available. Come enjoy the lovely city of Long Beach!
