Close to Mall of America, Airport, many resturants. 20 miles outside of down town Minneapolis and St. Paul. Quiet and friendly suburban neighborhood near parks and many other recreation activities. 20 min from Valley Fair, a nice sized theme park. Walking distance from movie theater and Lake Marion. Great fishing and water sports lake, boat can be rented from us for a small fee, it comfortably seats 7 Adults, we have ski's, life jackets a double person intertube and all the ropes to attach the equipment.
