(April 1 - December 14): $110US for four people plus 11.43% tax per night.
(December 15 - March 31): $150.00US for four people plus 11.43% tax per night.
Additional Persons: $10.00US per night for each additional adult, plus 11.43% tax per night. Children over 13 are considered adults.
Cleaning: A one-time cleanup fee of $83.00US will be charged for stays of less than eight nights.
Check in time: 2:00PM check out time 10:00AM
Deposit: $200.00US. The deposit must be received by us within one week of your request for reservations in order for us to hold the condo. Balance is due sixty days prior to leaving for Maui. A $100 damage deposit is required at time of final payment sixty days prior to leaving.
