Our home is located on a quiet street in a small town on the California coast. We are just 30 minutes from San Francisco, 45 minutes from San Jose, 1 hour from Santa Cruz. It is a very special coastal community, walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants and 6 minutes driving to the quaint coastal town of Half Moon Bay. Our house is very comfortable, has a nice yard with lawn and garden in back, quiet sitting area in the front, with 2 decks, inverted floor plan, very large front room and master bedroom both with working fireplaces and views of the redwood trees that surround the front and back. We have 2 other bedrooms, one of which is child-designed, one a guest room/family room and 1 office. It's a wonderful location if you want to be near all the major metropolitan activities of San Francisco and Silicon Valley but have the peace, tranquility and beauty of a small coastal town.
