This very nice and clean family home with bbq, jacuzzi, neighborhood parks within 50 feet, stores and shops walking distance is ideal for a family touring. Water park a five minute walk. All necessities within walking distance; freeways close by for touring. Bike Trail, Kayak on American River. Jet ski on Folsom Lake.

this is new to me; we are in Southern California for a two year sabattical. Our home is not cluttered; it is decorated very elegantly, yet family friendly as well. Can kick back in family room, yet serve elegant meals in dining room. Grand piano for pianists as well! Folsom known for American River Parkway (home of fabulous bike trails for runners/bikers).
