In beautiful vintage historic building with a lake and city view, amazing view from the roof deck, with beauty salon, fitness center, dry cleaner and a small grocery and coffee store, just across from the lake. Heated floors in living room and bathrooms, plasma TV, stereo.
I guess my place may be a little bit unusual, very clean-contemporary look-minimalistic and I realize not everyone could like it. It's not traditional interior. So if someone prefers the typical/American/traditional interior finish, may be disappointed. Also the roof deck is open only at the season-summer time.

I'm an architect, born in Europe,love traveling and meeting new people. I hope people enjoy staying at my place, however for certain people may be disappointing-the unusual, minimalistic, contemporary look. If you are a fan of traditional style you may not like it.I know my place still needs some details but I'm working on it. Any advice, comment from people is helpful to make my place more comfortable for everyone. I wish i could make it perfect but I guess I cannot make everyone happy.
