The apartments are set in landscaped gardens with 4 Swimming Pools and plenty of sun bathing areas. There is private allocated underground parking and lifts to all floors. This duplex penthouse apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room. Both of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of storage space and there are 2 bathrooms – one on each floor. The Master Bedroom has patio doors that open onto its own private sun terrace that has a table and chairs and views across trees to the Mediterranean Sea.
The comfortably furnished Lounge/Diner has three sets of patio doors leading directly out onto a huge 66sqm terrace that is furnished for ‘al fresco’ dining and sun bathing. The views are of the complex gardens and out across the woodlands that surround the complex.
This holiday rental accommodation is ideally placed for everyone to enjoy themselves and the local beaches, restaurants and shops are a pleasant stroll along tree lined roads.
Locally there is a variety of sporting activities to choose from and nearby facilities include a Par-72 18 hole Golf Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Tennis, Bowls and Pro Shop. In the Club House, just a 2 minute stroll from the apartment, is a well appointed Bar and Restaurant with a lovely open-air terrace.

WHERE ARE WE?
The Jardines de Santa Maria complex is situated just off the A7 (N-340), a coastal highway, that sits between the mountains and the sea and links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja You are just 30 minutes from Malaga airport and only 10 minutes away are the lively towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Within a twenty-minute drive of the apartment you have the pick of more than 20 first class 18 hole golf courses - all open to the public - small wonder that this area is internationally known as the 'Costa del Golf.
With the apartment centrally located near Marbella sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada, Malaga, Cordoba and Seville. Gibraltar with the Famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge.
For families there are numerous sandy beaches within easy reach and most have beach bars and restaurants and for fun days out there are Water Parks, Wild Life Parks and Marine Adventure Centres very close. The apartment is also ideal for Non-Golfers who enjoy quality accommodation in a peaceful and un-crowded setting.
